• to coordinate medical implant supply, case support, delivery documents, stock tracking, and billing-related workflow
• to let authorized users create, review, update, and retrieve case records in one place
• to generate operational documents such as consignment notes and invoices linked to a case
• to maintain security, traceability, audit history, and service reliability
• to provide optional assistive features, including AI-assisted suggestion tools, where enabled by the platform

How information may be shared

• authorized Six Ortho Solution personnel who need the information for their role
• authorized hospital, clinic, doctor, or care-team users who are connected to the case workflow
• service providers and infrastructure partners reasonably needed to host, secure, maintain, support, or process the platform
• professional advisers, auditors, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where disclosure is required or reasonably necessary under law or legitimate business obligations

A note on AI-assisted features

Some features in SOS may use AI-assisted processing to help summarize or suggest case-related wording or implant support options. These features are meant only as assistive tools. They do not replace clinical judgment, diagnosis, treatment planning, or professional review. Users should only upload information they are permitted to share and should apply independent clinical judgment before relying on any generated output.

Retention and security

We aim to keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for operational use, case support, legal obligations, audit, security, dispute handling, and legitimate business record-keeping. We also use reasonable administrative, technical, and access-control safeguards to protect the platform. However, no digital service can promise absolute security or uninterrupted availability at all times.

User confirmation and consent

• you are authorized to enter, upload, access, or manage the relevant information for the case, patient, hospital, or workflow involved
• the information submitted is relevant to a legitimate medical-supply, case-support, operational, or billing purpose
• you will avoid uploading unnecessary personal data where a less identifiable form would reasonably be enough
• you understand that authorized SOS personnel and approved service providers may process the information to operate the platform and support the case
• you understand that AI-assisted features, where used, are support tools only and are not a substitute for clinical judgment or professional decision-making

Access, correction, and concerns

If information needs to be corrected, reviewed, or discussed, or if there is a privacy concern, please contact Six Ortho Solution through the company contact channel made available to you. Requests may be handled subject to identity verification, legal requirements, contractual obligations, patient-safety considerations, and reasonable operational limits.
